Chicago engagement photos in Lincoln Park/North ave. beach | Save-the-dates with pets/dogs | Colleen & Joe

Had a fun session with Colleen & Joe this spring, looking forward to their Winder Wedding in 2019!! First stop, the picturesque and popular Lincoln Park in Chicago.

Could these geese have better timing? I was so happy I caught it!!

Hair and make up by Melanie Larson.

Halfway though the session, their puppies Lucy & Lola came to join them <3

Second stop, North Ave. beach.

And if you think working with dogs is easy, I give you this perfect outtake 😀

But in the end, it’s all worth it!!

Chevy Chase Country Club wedding venue in Wheeling | Chicago wedding photographer | Kathryn & Andrew

Chevy Chase Country Club is fabulous if you want great food, excellent service and a gorgeous venue, all in one place.  Kathryn was a Bride with a specific vision, and she made it happen. From the candle-lit ceremony to the stunning flowers the whole wedding (including the model couple) was truly breathtaking.

I heard giggles and the patter of little feet…I didn’t actually see what happened because I was working on the cool candle shot,                                                                          but then I saw this photo during editing 🤣

Get FAMOS! DJ Entertainment. These guys are insane!!

I have never seen a dance-floor like this, from kids to Grandpas, everyone was dancing!!

From the Bride… “Best wedding experience was walking down the aisle seeing my gorgeous man in about to marry. I forgot to put on my belt for the ceremony but it all worked out and snazzed up my dress for the reception.I wish I would of asked someone to video records the flower girl and ring bearer down the aisle. For others: take so many pictures but enjoy your time and live in the moment. It’s the best day of your life.”
